Blurring Text
On layer 1, frame 1 - make some text.
Right-click on frame 20, choose Insert Frame. Select text and go to Edit>Copy.
Make a new layer. Right-click on frame 10, choose Insert Keyframe. Go to Edit>Paste in Place.
Go to Insert>Convert to Symbol. Name it Text Blur and click OK.
Right-click on frame 20, choose Insert Keyframe.
Right-click on frame 10, Click Create Motion Tween.
Click on frame 20. Go to Modify>Transform>Scale. Click on left square, drag text out a touch.
Go to Modify>Instance>Color Effect>Alpha, enter 0 and click OK.
