On the same layer, drag the first keyframe to frame 15.
On Layer 3, drag the first keyframe to frame 10.
On layer 2, click on frame 1. Hold down the Shift key and tap the F5 key until
the end keyframe reaches 20.
On Layer 4, right click on frame 35 and select [Insert Frame]. Do the same for
Layer 3 and Layer 2.
Rewind & Play. Finished.
