Select frame 30 on all layers. Just click at the top and drag down on frame 30.
Then right-click on the selected frame line and select Insert Keyframe.
Add a keyframe on Frame 15 of the same layer the gradient is on (layer 3).
Drag the Gradient down to the bottom right. Now select it and go to Modify>Group.
Click on frame 1 of Layer 3. On the Frame Pallet, select Motion under the Tweening menu.
The last step is to make a Loop Action. Click on the last frame of any layer and go
to Windows>Actions. Click on Basic Action, then double-click on Go to. Make sure
it goes back to frame 1, and Go to and play is checked. Close the Actions window.
